  Healthy eating habits

  As we know, food gives us energy. We must have enough food to keep us healthy. If we choose right food, we can have healthy eating habits. We should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of biscuits, hamburgers,Beijing roast duck and so on We should eat fewer snacks and candies. Different foods help us in different ways.We should have different kinds of foods, such as fruit, vegetables, grains , eggs, milk, meat, fish and so on We should do exercise more often, so we can become healthier.
